Not a day goes by that I don’t get hit on the head (metaphorically speaking.)

If it’s not a Tune Up reader telling me what’s wrong with my grammar, logic, thoughts, or attitude then it’s a blogger sloughing me off or a media person telling the world what I am doing wrong. You know what? I love it. Not at first, but over time I’ve learned to love the criticism. It’s good for my soul, it shows me where I need to improve, and it keeps me humble.

It’s like weight lifting: never mind the sore muscles, just keep on lifting.

Today, let in the unpleasant feedback. If you really want to be brave, then go on the offensive and ask friends and strangers:

What do I need to improve?
