Today is the holiday known as Tisha B’Av, considered by Kabbalists to be the most negative - and potentially positive - day of the year. Throughout history, much destruction has occurred on this day. The only way to prevent destruction is to understand the dangers hidden in the behaviors of jealousy, stubbornness and aggressiveness. Destruction means any negative thing causing loss and severe damage in any area of our lives, up to and including the loss of human life.
We each can prevent destruction in our personal lives and the world around us by injecting the consciousness of love into everything we do today.
