This week begins the month of Scorpio. As Kabbalah teaches, you tend to borrow the characteristics of the sign whose influence you are under. And Scorpios are known primarily for their vindictive nature.

You might know or be a Scorpio and I can hear you thinking, ”I’m not a vindictive person.” But how many times have you said to yourself, “I’m not going to let them get away with this”? How many times have you taken mental note of how someone has hurt you?

According to The Zohar, the whole apple-eating incident with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden (known kabbalistically as the sin of Adam), was written into the original thought of Creation.

We were destined to fall.

I know, not the cheeriest way to begin a tune-up, but take heart—there’s a flip side.

October 16 - October 22, 2005

It’s been an intense month. The constant battle to seek out and uproot your weak character traits hasn’t been easy. On top of that, the message from two tune ups ago which stressed the importance of maintaining a strong consciousness, has worried some people. They think their year is shot because they gave into bouts of anger, depression or sadness.

Not to worry. This week’s energy is the remedy for whatever ailed you in the last two weeks.
