I just want to share two ideas. I was talking to one of the chevre a few days ago about a certain city with a small group of people. I remember the Rav always made it very clear that it wasn’t the quantity, but knowing that if you are in the city, making your connections and connecting to the Zohar, that the effect, outside of the number, is that the Light being revealed through you cannot be measured in a material way. But, in your city, you are creating a source of Light. You are doing a great service, not only for yourself, but for the city and the world. Light does not get contained by walls and numbers of people. It permeates out.

The Rav always stressed this, and we need to keep it in mind. Whatever city we are in, the fact is that we are blessed to be connected to this wisdom, and it’s important to understand the work we are doing. We reveal Light for ourselves and for the entire city, further than we can see with our physical senses.

The second is probably the biggest secret of the Centre. When I see people inspired to share with others, that is the greatest accomplishment. If you inspire one person, who then inspires 10 or 50 people, you are revealing so much Light.

There is a difference between a person who gets this wisdom and one who does not. If you receive this wisdom, you cannot hold it for yourself. You have to give it to other people. That’s when you know a person has gained this wisdom–when they have the true desire to share. There is nothing to draw blessings more than when we have the Desire to Share.

For me it’s a tremendous inspiration to see people inspired to share this Light with others. That is the process by which we are taking steps, one after the other, to end pain and suffering in this world. It can only happen when the students take it upon themselves to share with others. Remember the tremendous Light you are revealing.
